Oak Harbor Mayor Quinton Babcock will be our judge for the ugliest Christmas sweater.
Winner will receive a $10 Oak Harbor Chamber Gift Certificate. Winner of the Ugly Christmas Sweater Contest will have their picture posted on Oak Harbor Public Library website.
Contest runs November 28 to December 20, 2020.
