The Oak Harbor Public Library has personal computers available for use by patrons. Computers are available on a first-come, first-serve basis, with time limits depending on demand.
Internet Access
Access to the Internet is available through the Ohio Public Library Information Network. Patrons under 18 must have a parent's signature on file to use the Internet.
